Former Spring City Commissioner Jeff “Bimbo” Rhear has been indicted on child abuse, reckless endangerment and drug charges in Rhea County, WTVC reports. Jeff, Amber and Rose Rhear face 3 counts of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, as well as 3 counts of child abuse and neglect. According to WTVC, Jeff and Rose Rhear were also indicted for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell or deliver. The charges stem from an investigation conducted on their home in June.
