Funeral Services for Margie Ellen Tuttle, age 76, of Rockwood, Tennessee, who passed away on September 3, 2023, will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 10:00 AM followed by burial at Crossville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Survivors include Husband Othen Tuttle, Daughter Loretta Norris, Sons, Keith Tuttle and Matthew Tuttle. Brothers, Jackie, Marvin, Melvin, and Luckie Pelfrey.
