The SMHS Panthers and CCHS Jets battled Region opponents Friday night.
At Stone Memorial High School, the Panthers posted a 28-11 win over the Livingston Academy Wildcats. The Panthers improve to 6 and 1 on the season and stay unbeaten in Region action as they move to 4 and 0.
The Cumberland County High School Jets traveled to Sparta to take on the White County High School Warriors. White County recorded a 41-17 victory. The Jets are now 2 and 5 this season.
Friday, October 6th, the Jets travel to DeKalb County for a Region game with the Tigers and the Panthers step outside the Region with a road trip to Jamestown to take on the York Institute Dragons.
