Both the Jets and Panthers were on the road for Friday night football action.
The CCHS Jets played a Region game against the Tigers at DeKalb County High School. The home team recorded a 42-10 victory. CCHS is now 2 and 6 on the season.
The SMHS Panthers stepped outside the Region as two state ranked teams squared off in Jamestown. The Panthers battled the York Institute Dragons and fell 14-7. The Panthers overall record moves to 6 and 2.
Friday, October 13th, will be an open date for both the Panthers and the Jets. Eash squad returns to action with Region games on October 20th.
