A Celebration of Life will be held for Rodney H. Breeding, age 69 on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, from 2:00 to 7:00 PM at the VFW POST 5025 at 32 VFW Loop rd. in Crossville. He is survived by his sons, Matthew Breeding, Tommy Olivo, and Roger Olivo; brother, Jarrell Breeding; grandsons, Ethan Olivo and Mason Olivo; granddaughter, Emma Olivo; and several nieces and nephews.
