A motorist involved in a crash on I-40 in Cumberland County Wednesday (10/18/23) afternoon has been charged. According to the THP, shortly before 2pm, 24-year-old Sara A. Parker was driving a 2021 Jeep Wrangler eastbound near Mile Marker 332 when the vehicle ahead began slowing in the lane for traffic. Parker’s Jeep struck the other vehicle in the rear. Both drivers were wearings seat belts and neither was injured. Parker was charged with a Hands Free Violation.
