Tyson Recalls Fun Nuggets

Tyson is recalling 30,000 lbs. of 29-oz. plastic bag packages of chicken “Fun Nuggets” that could contain pieces of metal! The “best if used by” label has a date of Sept. 4, 2024. They were sold in Tennessee and 8 other states.  According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS),  there has been one reported minor oral injury associated with consumption of this product. FSIS says these products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase. You can find more information about the recall at usda.gov.
