Sales tax collections for Crossville remain steady

Crossville City Manager, Greg Wood, announced tax collection figures during the regular session of the Crossville City Council on Tuesday. According to Wood, collections for the latest period were at $999,000, about $30,000 more than the same time last year. Wholesale beer tax revenue was down slightly at just short of $69,000 while liquor income is slightly above last years totals at $104,000.
