It was Senior Day on Rocky Top as Tennessee’s seniors played their final game at home against their Rival from Nashville the Vanderbilt Commodores. After a chippy first half the Volunteers came out on top of Vandy 48-24.
It was a career day for Senior J9oe Milton III throwing 4 touchdowns with 383 yards. Milton III also accounted for 2 rushing touchdowns for the Vols. Ramel Keyton, Jacob Warren, and McCallan Castles were on the receiving end of those touchdowns from Milton.
The Tennessee Volunteers finish the regular season with a 8-4 record with losses to Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and Missouri. The Vols were able to take wins over Virginia, Austin Peay, UTSA, South Carolina, Texas A&M, Kentucky, UConn, and Vanderbilt. Next for Tennessee is to see where they will play in their Bowl Game.
