Two persons airlifted to trauma centers after being struck by a vehicle on Sunday

The Crossville City Police is continuing an investigation into in an incident that occurred early Sunday morning at Bootleggers on Highway 70. Two persons were taken by air ambulance to trauma centers after they were reportedly struck by a vehicle driven by William Franklin Walsh, age 36. Walsh has been charged with 2 counts of reckless endangerment, two counts of aggravated assault, 1 count of leaving the scene of an accident with injury and failure to report an accident. Police have not released details of the incident as yet.
