Cumberland County students will enjoy a long weekend because there is No School on Monday, January 15, 2024 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
As MLK Day is a federal holiday, banks, city, county, state and federal government offices and schools are generally closed. The United States Postal Service will also not deliver mail on Monday. Some businesses also close so it is a good idea to call ahead to see if they are open before making an unnecessary trip.
