Michael Paul Kerley Indicted for Overdose Death in Cumberland County

Authorities in Cumberland County report Michael Paul Kerley has been indicted by the Grand Jury for an incident involving the overdose death of an individual. The TBI assisted in the investigation and charged Michael Kerley with manufacture; delivery and sell of methamphetamine and 2^nd Degree Murder for the overdose death. Officials say the names will be released Tuesday (1/16/2024) along with a full press release.
