For the second week in a row, Tennessee gas prices have moved more expensive. Over last week, pump prices went up five cents on average. The Tennessee Gas Price average is now $2.84 which is 13 cents more expensive than one month ago but 36 cents less than one year ago. Tennessee is now the 16th least expensive market in the nation.
The national average for a gallon of gas rose four cents since last week to $3.14. That’s still 33 cents less than a year ago.
