A Memorial Services for Katherine Elaine Fowler, age 43 of Crossville who passed away on March 10th will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Friday March 15th at 1pm. Survivors include Husband Phillip Fowler, Children Benton Fowler, William Fowler and Emily Fowler, Mother Kathy Butler, Father Charles Phillips and Grandparents, Dottie and Ernest Crabtree.
