The body of a Roane County man was recovered around 2am Sunday at Watts Bar Reservoir.
The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency has identified the victim as 19-year-old Braeden Hartup.
Officials responded around 9pm Saturday to a call about a male who had reportedly jumped off a pontoon boat anchored south of Rockwood and did not resurface.
Witnesses say Hartup was not wearing a life jacket.
His body has been sent to the Knox County Medical Examiner’s Office.
