Tennessee’s boating fatalities rose to 14 after a Powell man died following a July 26, 2024 accident on Norris Lake. Emergency personnel from Campbell County responded. TWRA reports 51-year-old Ralph Miller passed away from his injuries on Wednesday, July 31. A total of six people were injured in the crash with Miller and a woman being airlifted to UT Medical Center. The woman is recovering and will reportedly be released from the hospital soon.
