Cumberland Plateau Water Authority met for their August meeting on Monday

The Cumberland Plateau Water Authority, in session for August, voted to move forward in the hiring of a general manager. A motion was also approved to formally invite a representative from each of the utility districts and the city of Crossville to assist in the interview process. Applications are still being accepting with a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000. So far, there are at least two applicants. The Authority is expected to announce dates of interviews once those have been arranged. The next meeting is scheduled for September 9th in the conference room of Cumberland Medical Center at 6 pm.
