This message issued around 4pm on Saturday, August 17, 2024 – Cumberland County 911 Center – Please be on the lookout for an 11-year-old female, 5’1”, 112 pounds, left area of Webb Avenue with a brown puppy. Female has brown hair with blonde on the bottom. Last seen wearing a black Nirvana shirt and blue jeans. Call 911 only if you have seen her.
