Fence Vandalized at Water Plant on City Lake Road

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the vandalism of a fence at the water plant on City Lake Road.  The custom fence was damaged around 8:30pm on Saturday, August 17, 2024 when a small, older model truck tried to drive through it. The vehicle left the area around 9pm with several people in the bed of the truck.
