Utility work will begin Monday, December 2 on State Route 24 in Putnam County. The Tennessee Department of Transportation says flagging operations will be in both directions on Monterey Highway from Sandy Stone Camp Road to Mill Creek Road. Motorists should reduce speed and be prepared to stop. Trucks signage, flaggers, and barrel/cones will be present December 2nd through February 28th, 2025 from 8am to 3 pm.
