Country music star Morgan Wallen has taken a plea deal in his case for throwing a chair off the roof of a six-story Nashville bar in early April. The chair almost hit two Metro Nashville police officers.
Wallen was originally charged with three counts of felony reckless endangerment and one count misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
Wallen appeared in a Nashville courtroom on Thursday and pleaded conditionally guilty to the lesser charges of two counts misdemeanor reckless endangerment. He was sentenced to 7 days at a DUI Education Center and will be on probation for 2 years. He must also pay a $350 fine and court fees.
If Wallen successfully completes probation the charges can be expunged.
