The District 7AAA High School Basketball Tournament at Cumberland County High School is set to tip-off Wednesday, February 19th.
At 6:00 Wednesday, it’s two girls’ games as the SMHS Lady Panthers take on the Livingston Academy Lady Wildcats then at 7:30 the CCHS Lady Jets meet the Lady Tigers from DeKalb County. White County is the top team with Upperman the two seed and they will see their first tournament action on Friday (2/21) in the semi-finals.
Thursday (2/20), two boys first round games will be played. At 6:00 the CCHS Jets play the Livingston Academy Wildcats, followed at 7:30 by the White County vs. DeKalb County match-up. Upperman is the top seed with Stone Memorial the two seed. The Bees and Panthers will play their first game of the tournament in the semi-finals on Saturday (2/22).
This girls Championship and Consolation is set for Monday (2/24) with the boys’ Championship and Consolation on Tuesday (2/25).
