The TBI says a Whitwell man has been arrested in connection to a homicide. On March 9th, Marion County Deputies discovered 66-year-old Danny Durham deceased in a home in the 100 block of Big Rock Road. On Saturday (March 15, 2025), 49-year-old Billy Massengale was arrested and booked into the Marion County jail. On Tuesday (March 18, 2025) Massengale was charged with Criminal Homicide
