Roane State Community College is offering a free summer STEM enrichment program for rising 6th through 8th grade students, aimed at sparking creativity and interest in science, technology, engineering, and math.
The three-week camp runs from July 7 to July 25, 2025, and will be held Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT, at Roane State’s Cumberland County campus.
Funded through the Verizon Innovative Learning STEM Achievers program, the camp gives students hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology, including 3D printing, robotics, digital design, augmented reality, and social entrepreneurship.
The program is completely free and includes lunch, is inclusive of all genders, and is open to students from local middle schools. Participants will be notified by the program director once registration is complete.
