During the November session of the Crossville City Council on Tuesday, Mayor RJ Crawford issued a proclamation designating Milo the Otter as the mascot of the city. Milo was created by Downtown Crossville Incorporated and is named after Sergeant Milo Lemert. Lemert was a World War I Medal of Honor recipient from Crossville.
