Due to inclement weather, the offices of the Circuit Court Clerk, Clerk and Master’s, Youth Services, and the General Sessions Judges Office will be closed Monday, January 26, 2026.
The Cumberland County General Sessions Court scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2026, at 8:30 AM before Judge Worley has been cancelled and will now be rescheduled on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 8:30 AM. UNLESS, you have an Order of Protection, your case will be rescheduled to Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 8:30 AM.
All cases on the Cumberland County Child Support Docket for January 26, 2026, will be rescheduled as follows:
Respondents with last names A-G: 9 AM on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
Respondents with last names H-Z: 9 AM on Monday, February 23, 2026.
Additionally, all Juvenile Court sessions for January 26, 2026, are cancelled and will be rescheduled to Monday, February 2, 2026, at 1 PM.
