Funeral services for Debra Jean Phillips, 62, of Crossville will be held at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home on Sunday, May 31 at 4 pm. Visitation will be before the service beginning at 2 pm, and burial will be held at a later date at St. Raphael’s Episcopal Church. Debra is survived by her mother Donna Jean Kliponen; her children Shannon Marie Libby, Stephanie Ann Libby, Frank Earl Libby jr., and Jacob Charles Libby; her grandchildren Brenden, Jada, Frankie, Marissa, Jayden, Kailee, Jacob, and Madelyn; her great-grandchildren Braxten, James, Delilah, and Ariana; her siblings Billy, Gary, Karl, and Robyn; and her cat Jack.
