The shots were falling in Knoxville Tuesday night when the Tennessee Lady Volunteers hosted the Florida A&M Rattlers in an exhibition game.
The Lady Vols recorded a 132-63 victory of the A&M Rattlers, Tennessee saw eight of their players score in double-digits with Kaylene Smikle leading the scoring at 19 points. Lady Vol Naomi White was second in scoring for UT knocking in 16 points with four three pointers made.
The win won’t count to the Lady Vols’ season record since it was an exhibition game, but Tennessee’s Women’s basketball season opens up Monday when they host the Duquesne Dukes with a 4:30 PM tipoff.
