Manchester, TN Police Captain Found Shot Dead In His Vehicle

Officials are still investigating after a Middle Tennessee police captain was found dead in his vehicle in Coffee County on Friday. Manchester Police Captain Chris Patterson apparently died from a gunshot wound. His body was discovered in his truck on Blue Creek Road. According to WTVF, Patterson was third in command and had been with the department for more than 10 years. He was married with two children.
