Harbor Freight is coming to Crossville

The City of Crossville Codes department has received plans for a Harbor Freight store in Crossville. According to drawings, the discount tool supplier is planning to locate in the former Rite-Aid building at the intersection of North Main Street and Elmore Lane. Harbor Freight was founded in 1977 as a mail order business selling returned merchandise and clearance items. A company spokesperson said there is no target date for the completion, but expect a spring 2021 opening.
