Jamestown has elected a new mayor. Harvey Stowers captured 51 percent of the vote, defeating incumbent Lydon Baines and Ryan Smith.
Jamestown voters appear to have passed the Package Store Referendum by just two votes with 335 voting for retail liquor and 333 voting against.
