The CCHS basketball teams opened District play Monday with home games against the teams from Marion County High School. In action aired live on 102.5 WOW COUNTRY Cumberland County posted a pair of wins. The Lady Jets got past the Lady Warriors 55-36 and the Jets rolled to a 93-60 victory over Marion County.
Tuesday night Stone Memorial High School will host Cumberland County High School. The teams were originally scheduled to meet on November 24th, but the games were rescheduled to December 8th. The Lady Panthers and Lady Jets take the court at 6:00 followed by the Panthers game with the Jets. All the action will air live on Mix 99.3 beginning at 5:55.
