The Crossville City Council honored 3rd grade student Caroline Leach as Student of the Month for December. Caroline is in Ms. Jennifer Gilbert’s class at Martin Elementary. Ms. Gilbert says, "Caroline exhibits a caring nature toward others by always comforting, encouraging, and helping those in need."
