Crooks Target Catalytic Converters on Church Vans

Crooks have been targeting catalytic converters on church vehicles lately. Last Friday the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department was called out to the Harmony Baptist Church on Cook Road for a report of a catalytic converter that had been cut of their church van. Loss was estimated at $900. On Sunday, Alloway Independent Missionary Baptist Church reported that someone had stolen the catalytic converter off their church van with loss estimated at $900. Police have named no suspects at this time.
