The FBI and state authorities have identified 63-year-old Anthony Quinn Warner, of Antioch, as the person who set off the bomb Christmas morning in Downtown Nashville.  They say Mr. Warner died when his RV exploded outside of the AT&T data center, after playing the 1960’s song “Downtown” by Petula Clark and broadcasting a series of recorded warnings to clear the area due to an imminent explosion.  The blast injured three people, damaged over 40 buildings and caused widespread interruption to communications services.  Flights were delayed in Nashville and Emergency 911 services were disrupted in several states and numerous businesses were unable to process credit cards.  Mr. Warner’s neighbor described the suspect as a self-employed “computer geek” and he worked in the computer technology field for several years in the Nashville area.  Police believe Warner worked alone and there is no threat of other bombs connected to him.  Sources say he was not married but had recently transferred his Antioch home to a Los Angeles woman.  His motive for the bombing remains unclear.
