Cumberland County Schools will resume in-person learning next week. Because the number of Active COVID-19 cases have declined to 422, Director of Schools Dr. Ina Maxwell says this moves the school system back into the yellow metric, which means schools we will be in-person for the week of January 25-29, 2021. Dr. Maxwell cautions that should the number of active cases surpass 607 again, Cumberland County will return to remote learning for grades 3-12. However, for now, Cumberland County Schools will return to in-person learning next week.
