Genesis Road Man Accidentally Shoots Self

A Genesis Road Man accidentally shot himself while unloading his gun last week.  According to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department, authorities responded to the CMC ER around 3pm Friday (1/22/2021) where Eric Hall, age 36, said he was clearing his Glock 19 in the back yard of a friend’s house on Brown Road when he accidentally shot himself in the ankle.  Authorities did not report on the extent of Mr. Hall’s injury but it is believed to be non-life threatening.
