Funeral services for Bill Foland, age 79, of Crossville, will be held on Tuesday, February 23rd at 3:00 PM at Crossville Church of Christ. The family will receive friends at the Crossville Church of Christ from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM prior to the service. Survivors include Son Kenneth Richard Foland, Daughter Amy Michelle Wood, Grandchildren Carrie Elizabeth Kerley and Dylan Richard Wood, Great-Granddaughter Whitten Brook Kerley, and Brother James Masters. Bilbrey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
