Funeral services for Billy carter of Crossville, will be held on Thursday, May 20th at 1:00 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held prior to the service from Noon until 1:00 PM. Burial will be at Green Acres Memory Gardens. Survivors include Sons Grayson Carter and Charles Michael Carter and Daughter Denise Carter. Bilbrey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
