According to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies were traveling on Taylors Chapel Road when they observed a white Dodge truck. The trucks license plate revealed the plate belonging to a white Chevy truck. Officers came into contact with Nicholas Green after initiating a traffic stop. Green stated that he did not have a drivers license. Mr. Green also stated that he is a convicted felon in other states. After a pat down of Mr. Green, Deputies found a gun holster in the back right of his waistband. After a search of the truck Deputies found a Taurus PT 840 .40 Caliber, a green leafy substance in a pipe, and brass knuckles. The gun had one round in the chamber and 14 in the magazine. Nicholas Green was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, No Drivers License, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Simple Possession, Driving an Unregistered Vehicle, and Financial Responsibility Law. Mr. Green was transported to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office
