A Grand Jury in Rhea County has indicted Michael D. Napier, a supervisor at Crystal Springs Skating Rink in Dayton, Tennessee, on multiple charges including 5 counts of sexual battery by an authority figure. The incidents with the minor reportedly occurred between March of 2020 and March of this year. Napier faces additional charges including indecent exposure, 10 counts of attempted aggravated sexual battery and sexual contact with a minor by an authority figure. His bond was set at $75,000 and he is due on court on July 15.
