Earlier this week the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested two Crossville residence for Criminal Trespassing and other charges. According to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office a witness saw a Green Dodge truck parked on the rear of a property just off Byrd’s Creek. The witness stated that a female exited the rear of the house holding a small baseball bat and enter the green truck. The property does have several “No Trespassing” signs posted around the perimeter of the property. A Deputy later saw the green Dodge traveling on West Avenue and initiated a traffic stop. The Deputy made contact with the driver identified as Bret Kerley and the passenger as Ann Agusti. After interviewing both subjects Deputies placed Kerley and Agusti in Custody. After a searching the vehicle Deputies found: a digital scale, two pipes commonly used for smoking marijuana, a hypodermic needle, rolling papers, and a grinder commonly used with marijuana. Also located were $546 in cash and two bags of green leafy substances that weigh 2.4 grams and .6 grams, 3 grams in total. Ann Agusti was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespassing and Bret Kearley was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespassing, Manufacturing, Delivery, and Sell of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving on a Revoked Licenses. Both subjects were transported to the Cumberland County jail.
