A Crossville faces charges arrested after he allegedly broke the windows of a pickup truck at Centennial Park on Monday. Police made contact with 20-year-old Dylan Kempe who stated he punched out the windows of a Dodge Ram 1500. Kempe was picked up by EMS to receive medical attention for lacerations to his hands. Warrants were signed on Kempe. The vehicle owner said the total damage was $1,500.
