Two Arrested on Drug and Firearm Charges

According to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office a man and a woman were arrested last week on Drug and Firearm charges. Deputies arrested Margaret Lindsay Fitzgerald and Jason Forrest Hudgens with charges of Manufactory, Delivery, and Sell of Meth, Manufactory, Delivery, and Sell of a Controlled Substance x2, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a Firearm while Committing a Felony, and Simple Possession. Deputies talked to Margaret Fitzgerald on the front porch of a residence on Cheyenne Drive. While taking to Ms. Fitzgerald, Deputies could smell Marijuana coming from the residence. After being approved for a search warrant Deputies searched the house and found approximately 1.680 Pounds of a crystal substance believed to be Methamphetamine, approximately 11.6 ounces of a green leafy substances believed to be Marijuana, approximately 750 yellow pills believed to be Alprazolam, approximately 2.5 white pills identified as Buprenorphine Hydrochloride, Several Electronic Weighing Scales, clear baggies for packaging, $2,275, and a 12 Gauge Sawed Off Shotgun. Deputies also seized a Night Owl Surveillance System along with Margaret’s IPhone and IPad.
