The Haslam family is selling over three dozen Pilot gas stations and two travel centers for $220 million cash to Casey’s General Stores. The deal includes 38 Pilot locations in East Tennessee, one in Nashville and one in Kentucky. The Haslam’s will keep over 750 truck stops. Employees impacted by the sale will reportedly be offered jobs with Pilot or Casey’s.
