Friday night the King of the Mountain football game between Stone Memorial High School and Cumberland County High School was played and SMHS was crowned and the Panthers sit upon the throne. CCHS had an early 3-0 lead however the home team lead at the half 7-3. Coming out of halftime it was all Panthers defeating the Jets 21-9. The Panthers improve to 5-2 on the season and the Jets record is now 3-4.
