A DUI warrant was issued for a Crossville man after he flipped his Jeep near Villageway. City police were dispatched shortly after 10am on Sunday and came in contact with 30-year-old Christopher Andrew Mayberry who was trapped inside the vehicle. Authorities had to cut Mr. Mayberry’s seatbelt to get him out of the Jeep. According to reports, Mayberry stated he had taken a Xanax ealier in the day. He was transported by EMS to Cumberland Medical Center to check for injuries. Police wrote a warrant on Mayberry for DUI.
