Thursday night CCHS and SMHS collided against each other on the Wrestling mat for the first time this season. After a hard fought battle between both teams it was the Panthers going over the Jets with a final score of 42-24.
The Panthers would then wrestle Christian Academy of Knoxville for their second match of the night and defeated the Warriors 42-24. The Panthers continue their hot streak winning 10 of their last 11 matches.
SMHS will be in team action again on Thursday January 6th as they travel to Rhea County for duels against the Rhea County Golden Eagles and the Soddy Daisy Trojans.
