Cumberland Medical Center announced the birth of the hospital’s first 2022 New Year’s Baby. Oaklynn Mae Cowley was born on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at 12:35 a.m. to proud parents Alexis and Taylor of Spring City, CMC reports. She weighed 6 pounds and was 19.5 inches long. As the 2022 New Year’s Baby, the family received celebratory gift basket from Covenant Health and CMC.
