TN House Passes Bill Lowering Age To Legally Carry A Handgun And Obtain A Carry Permit; Heads To Senate

The Tennessee House of Representatives has passed a bill that lowers the age to legally carry a handgun and to obtain a carry permit. The bill lowers the miniumum age from 21 to 18-years-old for a person to legally carry a handgun, both open or concealed.  The bill will now go to the Senate for debate.
